64 KM TEAMS RELAY

ABOUT

The Coastal Pathway Ultra Relay is a team event of three to six members, running 10.5km segments (approximately) to make up a total of 64km for the team.

Teams can decide how many segments each member runs. For example, if you have six members than you each run 10.5km, however if you have four members this may be split with one members running 10.5km, one 21.1km and the third 32km – or however you wish to split it as long as the full 64km is achieved and the changeover only occurs at the designated stations.

Choose your number – both distance and team members. At the end of each members segment, runners will tag the next team member to continue the relay, making it a challenging yet rewarding team effort.

Your team must be made up of three to six participants.
